heyy youu guuuyys!

so last night after i got home from work i went on to the computer to do some vocal recording. it didn’t take too long. maybe about 10mins. it was for a song i’m working on for sateLites called “speed”. hopefully everyone will get to here it sometime next year… ANYway i use the negative form of the word “LUCID” in the second verse of the song………………..i hope by now you’ve realized that there IS no negative form of the word “lucid”……….i thought it was “iLLUCID” gaaaah. bad i kno… so now the song has a made up word in it. i was thinking of changing it to “ill” “lucid” ya kno?separate the words?.. but i’m not sure. i think people will get “iLLUCID” right? people are smart……..ish. (actually i remember hearing somewhere that a PERSON is smart, PEOPLE are nuts so wen u hear the song make sure you listen to it by yourself =P)

soooo yea, wen i realized it wasn’t a word i went on a search through the WWW to find the “non-existent” negative form for LUCID. on my journey i came upon a blog that belong to this random girl. the blog was entitled “The Opposite of Lucid”. with ….i guess a false sense of hope i read the blog. THERE MIGHT’VE BEEN A CHANCE SHE HAD THE WORD I WAS LOOKING FOR! she didn’t =(

BUT upon reaching the end of the blog i found myself really entertained. this girl was a great writing. whether she knew it or not. i then read her most recent post and sent her a message saying how she inspired me. it got me thinking about blogs again!! i’ve wanted to keep a blog in the past but i never felt i had anything worth talking about.

after reading her stuff i thought about one of my favorite bloggers. Ms. Dia Frampton. she’s the younger of two sisters in a band called Meg&Dia. if u haven’t heard them yet GET ON IT! jeezuz wat’s wrong with you? j/k =P but they are really great. http://www.myspace.com/megdia <<<< their myspace page =D

all giddy on the idea of reading i next ventured over to Dia’s blog, which is on their myspace page. it’d been a while so it took me about 20 mins to get up to date. AGAIN i was pretty inspired. i love reading dia’s blogs becus they actually make me laugh out loud plus i like to read about what one of my favorite bands is up to. i actually feel like going back to reread some right now…..i won’t though. not yet. it made me want to blog again!

adding fuel to the fire i got a text from a friend of mine later that night. her name is Kat. she’s wicked awesome. HI KAT! (katrinadavid.wordpress.com)  yea she sent me a text to tell me she got The Beatles rockband game. lucky ass. and at the end of our texting session she wrote a P.S. stating “i think u should start a blog. share your brain with the cyber world and physical world” in my head i was like “wat the *&$%?? i was JUST thinking about that.” earlier today i messaged her back about it and we sorta went into another text session until she decided to call instead. luckily neither my supervisor nor my boss were in the office today so she called and we talked for AN HOUR and ten mins while i sat there working haha. it went from blogging to just talking about life in general. she can get pretty passionate lol =P she even decided to take it upon herself to make me a page on wordpress.com. wat a sweetheart right?? it was a super motivating convo and i am now going to try a keep a blog going. at least one a week……or even twice a month. as long as i get to practice writing and let people have a little inside look on our lives. i promise promise PROMISE i’ll get better at it. this one seems so long already. i hope u haven’t fallen asleep. i’ll end off with a summery of how the day went for me in a Dia-esque fashion.

-my brother didn’t go to work with me today so it was harder waking up while he just slept there. he looked so peaceful =(

-wen i got on the bus and sat down the sun was in my eyes so i switched seats to the opposite side. wen i sat down i felt a little “coolness” under my bum. i disregarded it becus it’s freezing here now. i told myself it was just a cold seat but a nagging something in the back of my head told me i just sat in something gross. =( i had to travel the rest of the way telling myself there wasn’t a big stain on my butt, all the while feeling uncomfortably moist in my backside region haha. wen i got to work i asked my friend if there was anything on my butt. she said there wasn’t but upon further inspection (she touched my tushy hee hee) she’ll like yeaaa it’s wet. so i went to the washroom to air dry my booty found that there wasn’t an air dryer in it. i should’ve known right??? let’s just say i had to work with a slightly moist posterior for the first 20mins of work.

-just getting into work my same friend, her name is Tonya, tells me, “hurry, turn off your headphones and just listen!!” i did as instructed and all of a sudden i hear these alien like noises. *bleeps* and *bloops* all random and scattered. im like wat the hell is that?? and she says “it’s wendy’s new music” i died laughing. it sounded like we were on some far away planet or in space invaders. wendy is this deaf girl that sits on my left side Tonya’s to my right. i knoooooooo im so mean for laughing. but u’d understand if u worked there. sometimes i think she just pretends not to hear us and sometimes her stereo is blasting and there’s nothing on but static! it’s pretty darn funny. like family guy or somethin’ serious sitcom material

-super postive phone calls and texts between my friends and I today. haha not just u Kat. Although your call seemed to start the ball rolling. all u guys rock socks!!!

-Q107 radio station was playing the best of the best classic rock. they had people vote for their favorite songs off of The Beatles Sgt Peppers album. anybody who knows anything about me lately knows i fell in love with the Beatles this year (in the most non homosexual way possible) so that made me pretty happy.

………4 hours later

-got a mini head ache, ate a lot of food and watched some reality tele.

….and now im going to watch some south park to sleep.

it’s been an awesome year. thanks for everybody’s kind words and the harsh words sent with best intentions. 2010s gonna be a big year! can’t wait.
